Heidi has lived and worked in Atlanta for over 22 years. She moved here with her husband, Mark DeRosa, while he played MLB for the Atlanta Braves. “We moved here when Mark signed with the Braves, and loved it so much we decided to make it our home, no matter where he played.”
During Mark’s baseball success, Heidi was working in the fashion industry at the same time while they raised their two kids traveling across the country together. “It was an amazing opportunity traveling from coast to coast all the time to truly capture the different styles, history, and creativity when buying or building a home. It was my inspiration to begin my Real Estate journey. I fell in love with helping others sell their house and buy their dream home.”
With her fashion, traveling, and marketing background, she’s always had a love for Real Estate and interior design. “For me, fashion is the same as buying a home, it’s all about vision, feel, and what makes your client happy.” Heidi comes from a real estate background. Her mom is a successful agent in Texas where she was born and raised. “I thoroughly love my work and enjoy the people I meet with every day. It is rewarding to watch an individual or family buy their first home and then call to sell and buy their second home.” Heidi feels Real Estate is all about building relationships on a personal level with new and returning clients. She is trustworthy, dedicated, and always has your best interest at heart. Buying, selling, or building a home, doesn’t have to be overwhelming and can have many moving parts during the process. Heidi will assure you a smooth and successful experience.
Heidi and Mark have been long time advocates for RALLY Foundation and CURE for pediatric cancer, FARE (Food Allergy Research and Education) to support their daughter and others dealing with food allergies, The Northside Hospital Foundation, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. When she’s not working, you will find her spending time with her family. Their daughter, Gabby, is a freshman at Auburn University and their son, Brooks, is following in Mark’s baseball dream playing travel baseball.
